Who should not use BlueDeer?

BlueDeer may not be suitable for everyone.

If you have severe hearing loss, sudden hearing changes, ear pain, or other medical concerns, we recommend consulting a hearing professional before use.

Why are your prices 30% - 50% cheaper than local US stores? Is the quality bad?

The quality of our products strictly complies with US FDA medical grade standards. The price of traditional local stores is high because they bundle high audiologist consultation fees, physical store rent, and brand monopoly profits. We adopt a D2C (direct-to-consumer) model and ship products directly from local warehouses in the United States, cutting out all middleman premiums and allowing you to pay only for advanced chips and hardware technology.

Is it legal to buy hearing aids online without going to the doctor?

Totally legal. According to the U.S. FDA’s “OTC Hearing Aid Final Regulations” that will officially take effect in 2022, adults over 18 years old with mild to moderate hearing loss can legally purchase over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids online without a hospital physical examination, a doctor’s prescription, or a clinic fitting.

Where is Bluedeerhearingaids located? Do you have physical stores?

Bluedeerhearingaids operates primarily online to serve customers globally, allowing us to offer better value. Our team is distributed internationally, and we currently do not have physical retail stores. All support and services are provided digitally for your convenience.

Do you accept Medicare or HSA/FSA Medicare cards for payment?

In order to maintain our direct sales model and offer the largest everyday discounts, we do not currently process Medicare, HSA or FSA card reimbursements and payments directly. We accept all major international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

What is your trial and return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you plenty of time to make sure your purchase meets your expectations. From the day you receive your item, you’ll have 30 days to explore its features and decide if it’s the right choice for you.

What is the warranty?

Bluedeerhearingaids offers a1-Year Limited Warrantyon all hearing aid devices and their charging cases (accessories excluded). This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty period starts on the original delivery date.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Can I change my shipping address after purchasing?

Hello, you can contact customer service to modify the delivery address before the order is shipped out of the warehouse. It cannot be modified after the order is shipped out of the warehouse. If you need to change it, you need to reject the package first, return the package to the US mainland warehouse and place an order again. No additional fees are required.

Hearing loss often happens slowly, and many people don’t realize they have a problem at first. You may be experiencing hearing loss if you notice any of these signs:

Should I Get Hearing Aids or Treat Hearing Loss?

It depends on the type of hearing loss you have. Sensorineural hearing loss, often caused by aging, noise exposure, or genetics, is the most common type. For many people with mild to moderate hearing loss, Bluedeer hearing aids can help improve speech clarity and make daily conversations easier.

Conductive hearing loss is caused by problems that block sound from reaching the inner ear, such as earwax buildup or ear infections. Some cases may be temporary or treatable, so it’s best to consult a healthcare professional if you suspect this type of hearing loss.

Do I need to see a specialist to use Bluedeerhearingaids?

Not at all. We’ve made it easy to personalize your sound experience at home. You can adjust settings using our free mobile app, or fine-tune your device with the included fitting remote. Both options are simple, intuitive, and give you full control.

How is Bluedeerhearingaids different from traditional hearing aids?

Unlike traditional hearing aids that amplify sound through blocked ear canals—often causing that “plugged-up” feeling—Bluedeerhearingaidsuses open-ear bone conduction technology. Sound is naturally transmitted through the temporal bone directly to your inner ear, keeping your ears open and comfortable. It’s a fresh approach designed for all-day wear and ear canal health.

What should I do if there is sounddistortion?

It is normal to feel a bit strange during the initial period of wearing hearing aids, which may lead to a perception of sound distortion. Generally, it takes around 3 to 4 weeks to adapt to the product.

How does the BlueDeer app work?

The BlueDeer app allows users to manage their listening experience through their smartphone.

Depending on the model, users can adjust settings, control volume, and personalize their experience.

When will I get used to my hearing aids?

Adapting to your hearing aids will take some time. Recommend 3 weeks in order for your brain to adapt to wearing hearing aids. The recommended schedule for getting used to your hearing aids is as follows:

Start by wearing your hearing aids for at least 1-2 hours per day while living your normal routine around the house in order to acclimate your ears to your hearing aids. It is normal to get irritated by the fit of your hearing aids during the first few weeks.

During the second week, start wearing your hearing aids outdoors. As your ears acclimate to the hearing aid, extend the use to 3-4 hours per day. At this point, you will start to notice little sounds you were unable to hear before.

By the end of the third week, you can start having regular outdoor conversations at any volume, whether you’re at a crowded restaurant or at work. You are now acclimated to the hearing aids!

Do hearing aids require regular maintenance?

It is recommended to clean the earplugs and body of the hearing aid every 3-6 months to avoid earwax accumulation that affects use. We do not provide offline maintenance services. You can contact customer service (service@bluedeerhearingaids.com) for online cleaning guidance. Failures caused by improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

I'm worried about the wrong size?

Don’t worry, every product package comes with a complete “fitting earplug package”, which contains 3 to 5 medical-grade ultra-soft silicone earplugs of different sizes (S/M/L) and different functions (open anti-muffling/closed anti-howling). You can easily try them on at home to find the one that fits your ear canal best and eliminates harsh noises.

What accessories are included in the product package?

The product package includes: hearing aid (left ear + right ear), portable charging box, original charging cable, instruction manual, adapter earplug package (3-5 sizes), and no other additional accessories. If you receive missing accessories, you can contact customer service (service@bluedeerhearingaids.com) for reissue (direct delivery from the US domestic warehouse, free shipping)
